Polygon Arena - Tech Demo
A downloadable game for Windows
Polygon Arena is a small game project made in my spare time.
You play as a circle fighting off enemy polygons. Damage is momentum-based; move the weapon faster to deal more damage. The polygons will shoot at you from the tips of their edges. This is not an easy game. The current level is not meant to be completed, but it can be if you score 1000 points and more than 5 minutes pass in-game. Good luck.
Features to come:
more enemy types, melee and special shots, one more shape
upgrade system, technically set up for it, but no upgrades yet, sorry
more levels, something to distinguish them.
fixing the behaviour issue by walling off arenas(was gonna happen even if the behaviour was fine)

Install instructions
Just download the zip and unpack it, that should do it, the executable should be in there

Fun! Managed to beat it in an hour, but I played very carefully :D
I liked how each shape acts a bit differently.
